Does Lower Anomaly Surgery During Infancy Cause Future Complications?

My son has undergone lower anomaly surgery after 3 days of his birth.now he is 5 months old and no problem now. My question is whether dilatation is to be continued and how long should I continue. In future does any problem exist due to tis surgery, especially in his sperm production?
