Does Magnesium Supplements Help Cure Hot Flashes?
My Dr. Recommended 400 mg magnesium to help with hot flashes because of a recent study. Is this true? I have small blisters chest, arms, back, legs. Itch like crazy! Is this a side effect? Should I stop taking? It is helping with the personal summers!
