Does Massaging The Testicles Has Any Adverse Effect Of Sperm Count?
So me and my wife have been trying to conceive and have not been successful yet. I do however massage my testicles often. Typically at night and I'm not sure why. I guess its a comfort thing. Does that cause negative effects to testicular function and sperm count?

Light massage will not have any negative effect on sperm count or testicular function. Go for a semen analysis test and gynecologist's opinion for your wife. IF possible stop massage or at least do not be harsh
