hello gud morning doctor. i m having the habit of masturbating twice in a week and ejaculatory problems is it harmful or not??? is there any problems comes after or before marriage is it necessary to check semen analysis what should be the normal value by doing this test

Excessive masturbation is not good for your health, since you are unmarried it may result in ejaculation related problems.
Semen analysis is usually advised if you are not able to become a father.
Normal sperm count : 40 - 100 millions, 50% should have active motility, 30% should be normal in size and shape.
