Does Masturbation Cause Acne On Face, Chest, Back And Belly?

Doctor.. I want to know about masturbation .. My age is 26 and still I am masturbating around 6 times in a month. My questions are 1. Masturbation is a reason for belly,acne(face,chest,back) ? And my penis head skin is not pulled back..what I should do??
