Thank you for your query.
Bedwetting (
Enuresis) is not normal for adults. PLease note that having an orgasm during sleep is normal (this will go away in time). Passing urine is not normal but ejaculating is (not common but is normal).
If it is ,indeed, urinating-
It may be caused by psychological or mechanical factors.
I would check your
urinary tract for any neurological or structural dysfunction.
This may include a scan and physical examination.
If all is normal, Psychological assessment to rule out underlying or subconscious factors may help. Just recognizing the causative problem may help.
I would suggest
: Make a bathroom trip right before you sleep (after you masturbate).
: stop drinking large amounts of water 2 hours before bed time ( you may have few sips
: wear warm clothing or use a sheet to prevent stimulation to the penis.
: Avoid caffeinated, sugary, carbonated and alcohol after 4 pm
: keep an alarm for two hours after you sleep (if you sleep by 10 pm, keep and alarm for 12am) to make a bathroom trip. keep more alarms at 2 hour intervals depending on if you continue to bedwet or not.
This doesn't directly affect sex life.
It may cause your partner to be uncomfortable. you may want to get this checked out sooner than later and please try out the above measures.
Hope this helps.
