Masturbation per se does not cause medical illnesses. It is a response to normal physiological changes in the body that accompany puberty.
However, too much of a thing becomes problematic and that is exactly what is happening to you. The problem is that you have develop fixation to masturbation which is more of a psychological problem that a true medical problem thus causing frequent stay in bed rooms, frequent touching of genitals consciously or unconsciously and even in public and reduce sexual response to opposite sex. A good way of cutting this would be by getting a partner or getting yourself busy and avoiding pornographic and or romantic films, novels and scenes.
Best regards and hope this helps you. Dr Achuo
