I am getting cramps at the right side of my back...the cramps are so severe and these cramps are effecting my daily life now...I am having these cramps and severe back ache since the time I masturbated before two months and that was twice a day I masturbsted.....I am a female.....and I did not put anything there....in the vagina
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Experiencing severe cramps on the back following act of masturbation could be due to spasm of back muscles. Kindly take analgesic with muscle relaxant medications like Diclofenac, Paracetamol with Chloroxazone after food twice a day. Drink good quantity of water and fluids. You can apply topically analgesic gel following hot water fomentation to the back at bedtime. Gradually, your symptoms should subside. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
