Masturbation is a healthy physiological phenomenon. It is a natural and normal act practised by most men. It does not cause any adverse effect like
premature ejaculation or
erectile dysfunction or decrease
fertility.
On the contrary, it might help to release psychological
stress and produce good quality of new sperms, when done properly.
However, it should not be done too frequently as it can cause physical exhaustion.
Since you were doing it everyday, you have not giving enough time for the tissues to recover back to normal. You need not cut off masturbation completely. Once you space it properly, you should be able to regain good erection within few weeks.
Kindly practice behavioural therapy like 'pause and squeeze' technique regularly.
Include in your diet - almonds, banana, pineapple, saffron, cardamom, figs, honey and pumpkin, which are known to increase the blood flow to the penis and help to initiate and sustain erection.
Gradually,you should overcome the problem.
