Does Masturbation Lead To Fordyce Spots?

I Had Sex Once In August But Nothing Popped up in many months all i had were fordyce spots then yesterday i was with a girl and she masturbated me and sat on my lap kind of hard (kinda felt uncomfortable for alil while) then the next morning i woke up one of my fordyce spots got swollen and reddish and when i touch it it is in pain and it is larger than the other spots i really doubt that it is a std because i did not have sex with this girl all she did was give me a hard hand job

hi dear,
masturbation does not lead to fordyce spot ever. it is normal phenomena and 99% of male doing masturbation.
hand job with a girl is also not cause of fordyce spot. it is a sign of infection and tender and swollen spot is due to infection increased. for that you should consult skin specialist and also surgeon .
and it might be due to once you do sex with a girl in august and it might flare a now.
so kindly avoid any unprotected sexual relation i might lead to STD infection.
also do complete blood test.
