Does Medication For Diabetes Cause Excessive Sleepiness?

I am a diabetic patient since 1996. My family doctor prescribed me the following medicines: Metride-2 : before breakfast and before dinner (1 each) S-Amalosafe-2.5 : before breakfast (one) Janumet 50/500 : before breakfast and dinner (one each) Hopecard-5 : after dinner (one) Vogalistar 0.3 MD : one before dinner (one) Modilup-ASP : after dinner (one) Except on one or two occasions blood sugar percentage remain FSP 120 and PPD 150. By consuming the above medicines regularly, I get sleepy all the time, but never disturbed and got up from the bed because of urine sensation. I am on regular diet, walk regularly 45 minutes in the morning. Your advise please.
