Does Medication For Heart Problem Cause Joint Pain And Effect Vision?

I am currently taking meds for my heart. Would any or all in combination have any effect on my vision and would they affect or cause joint pain after using them on a daily basis for at least ten years? Crestor 20mg ,Atenolol 100mg ,Lisinopril 100mg . My real concern is of course my vision as it is becoming more noticeable as time goes on. Thank you.

Hi,
None of the drugs you are using are known to effect vision. Crestor may cause muscle pains and tendon pains but not frank joint inflammation and swelling (arthritis).
Your visual problems are due to hypertension itself, called hypertensive retinopathy. You need to consult an opthalmologist to rule that out.
Joint pains may be due to osteoarthritis, if you are over 50.
Hope this helped.
