Does medicines reduces sex abilty like sperm count?

I am Sunil male I am 30 years age I got married before 2 years no children yet.

Before 1 year I found that my breathing is very tight and felt frequent fever my normal body weight at the time is 90 kgs height is 5.7'' I suffered for so many days I suffered with breathing problem and fever for nearly about 20 days, so I went on for Jaundice test where I got the result as 1.4 so I went to the doctor but he told me that jaundice level is 1.4 because you are suffering from heart problem so he asked me to consult cardiologist where immediately I went to the cardiologist he asked me to undergo some tests like 2D echo where he confirmed that I have left ventricular dysfunction in my heart and also he confirmed me that my heart is enlarged and also he said I have excess water in my body so he asked me to admit in the hospital where I refuse to admit and I asked him to treat me by some tablets so he suggested me to take some tablets like dytor 20 Mg, cardivas 3.125 twice a day rosufit cv10, lanoxin, metagard CR 60, Enam 2.5, zytanix 2.5. Planep50, I am using this medicines since 1 year now I'm ok but at the starting of using this medicines I lost my weight upto 20 kgs but again I gained the weight up to 85 kgs now I am going to my work as usual but my doctor suggested me to visit him for every 2 months as this is a permanent problem. So as usual I'm visiting him for every 2 months but in the last visit he told me that my health condition is improving and doing good but he told me that finally there is no treatment for this heart enlargement he suggested me to arrange money transplantation that was a big shocking news to my family and me but I am not ready for that.

Since 2 months I'm ok I'm going to works and doing all my regular works but now what is the thing is
me and my wife planning for children,
here my doubt is can I have child and another thing is
while I'm using this medicines is it perfect for planning the children?
will this medication reduce my sperm count?we are so eager to have children can anyone please suggest me better things for planning children
