Hi there,I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
As such there is no effect of
meningitis vaccine on women's menstrual cycle.
There is no reason for menstrual cycle to get disturbed due to any
vaccination as such.
Secondly, if you are sexually active, and you happened to have unprotected sex activity in the fertile period of the cycle then you stand chance to get pregnant. In a woman with regular cycle, day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period.
In such a condition, please get morning's first sample of urine tested for
pregnancy. In case of any doubt, blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
If you happen to be pregnant then you can either choose to continue with the pregnancy or you can opt for termination of pregnancy with
abortion pills under medical supervision safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy.
If your reports are negative for pregnancy then you can simply wait for the onset of menses or opt for
progesterone withdrawal bleeding. Your treating doctor can guide you about the doses and withdrawal bleeding with Progesterone tablets
I hope this answer helps.
Thanks.
