I have been sick with Lupus and poor blood circulation and high blood pressure and I m retainting fluids in my hands arm really legs to ,my Dr put me on Adderall low dose but 30 mg is what will get me up, I missed my appointment and stayed in bed couldn t help my husband with grand children and only 1 time got some Meth using tiny bit so I could have energy to get up now I can see a good Dr he s going to find Meth in my blood work can you answer my question
