Does Methycobal And Mecobalamin Tablets Have The Same Effect?

hello doctor my question is actually I have been using methycobal tablects and getting good results. This time chemist offered me mecobalamin tablets and asked this is more effective than the earlier one which I am using. I started having the same but feeling myself comparatively weak. That s why I want to know whether I am using correct tablet for strengthening my nervous system or I should need to switch on the earlier one. Are they the same or different

Methycobalamin is the neurologically active form of vitamin B12. Used in the treatment of Alcoholic neuropathy, Drug induced neuropathy, Diabetic neuropathy, Peripheral neuropathy
Tablet Methycobal contains 500 micrograms of methycobalamin
Tablet Mecobalamin is same as Tablet Methycobal and contains Methycobalamin
You should check content of both the tablets ,whether both the tablets contain 500 micrograms of methycobalamin .
