Hallow Dear, I-pill is an effective post coital emergency contraceptive pill if taken within 72 hours of the unprotected sex. You have taken it within 2 hours of the sex, so you are well protected against the pregnancy. Few days after I-pill, there is some amount of bleeding. However, you had it through the nose. This can be attributed only to the presence of some ectopic endometrium in the nasal lining or due to over dilatation of the nasal blood vessels due to the progesterone in the I-pill. Since it has stopped, you may ignore it; however, observe in future about the recurrence during menses. If so, please report to your Gynaecologist. Such bleeding through nose during menstruation is called as vicarious menstruation. The pain in abdomen is never a characteristic of pregnancy. Your pain may be attributed to the increased acidity in the stomach by progesterone. If it has gone, nothing need be done; else you may take some antacid tablets. Relax madam, you are not pregnant.
