Does Missed Period Mean Positive UPT?
hi, We am trying to get pregnant, so we had love on 2,4,5,7,9,12th of march 2014. I have normal period cycle of 32-38 days. I had a miscarriage on Nov2013 at my 4th week of pregnancy. I had 2 periods afterwards, 15/01/2014 and 16/02/2014. My lmp was 16/02/2014. I had pregnancy tests on 16/03/2014 and 18/03/2014 and it was negative. Now i missed my period. If i check UPT again tomorrow will it be positive if I am pregnant? I have no other symptoms rather than tiredness, fatigue, emotional changes and missed period. pls gv me a reply

I am Dr Nilajkumar a consultant gynecologist and I will be helping you in your queries.
The fertile period for you is from day 10-20 of the cycle. So having sex on alternate days during this period will have more chances of pregnancy. If you have missed a period test at least 10 days later in your case as the periods are 32 days.
You have tested early and hence the test may be negative. So please retest after 10 days of the missed period and use the first morning sample of urine for testing.
