Does Morning After Pill Causes Abdominal Cramps, Bleeding And Dizziness?

Hi I took the morning after pill and that was 3 days ago and now I feel really sick to my stomach, shaky, I feel like I have a fever, but I don't, horrible lower abdominal cramps, thick spotting bleeding , dizziness, sweating and diarrhea. Is this normal? This is the first time I've e taken it and don't kn what to expect.

Welcome to the HCM.
Yes..it pills can cause these side effects, but you will be tolerating them by the time of two to three days or more.
If these side effects get untolerable, please tell your treating doctor and discuss further.
