Hello,

Your blood pressure is higher than the normal range but it is not urgent. You may follow it up for a week and keep the values written (you will need to write the date and time of taking the measurement as well).

If the blood pressure continues to be higher than 140/90 for a week, you may need to see your doctor.
You should take with you the paper you recorded the measurements and the blood pressure machine (to make sure it was giving accurate values).

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
