Does Nicorette Gum Causes Sleep Disturbance?
Hi I quit smoking 10 days ago. I have quit many times but I have no choice this time so I am actually doing not too bad BUT I am waking up every hour during the night and I am getting exhausted. I chew no more than 4 nicorettes a day and stop using them by 4 pm and this had helped somewhat. I have a low tolerance for all medications. Is the nicorrette gum causing my sleep disturbance and if so what can I do to get through my day with no quit smoking aid?

Nicotine chewing gums do not cause sleep disturbace. In ur case it is happening due to withdrawal symptoms. u need one sleeping pills that would help u to get proper sleep. For time been u can take low dose tab XXXX 0.5mg at night. in case u need further help u can connect us.
