Does Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

Hello, I am Allie. I am kinda nervous. A few days ago on sunday, MY boyfriend had some precum on his fingers, licked it off, dried it on his pants and then it probably sat for 5 minutes before he fingered me over 2 layers of clothes (underwear and lining of shorts), but it was not near the hole, it was at the top. It was day 6 of my cycle so i got off my period 2 days before. I have a lot of days before I ovulate and I am just kinda paranoid, what are my chances of being pregnant?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

No, non-penetrative sex does not cause pregnancy & there should be no chance of pregnancy according to your query. Pregnancy possibility is only through penetrative sex (penetration & release of sperms there). Sperms has lot to travel to reach uterus to cause pregnancy this is not possible without penetration.
Normally precum does not contain any vaible sperms. Therefore chances of sperms reaching through 2 layers of clothes to uterus is not possible. Also you were not supposed to ovulate in those days. Therefore pregnancy in not possible through the sexual activity as you mentioned in your query.
However penetration with penis or even fingers dipped in semen could result in pregnancy. You should be aware of this thing in future.
