does one get diabetes if one eats a lot of sweets?? or is it only heredity ? once my friend told me that eating chocolates lead to diabetes....plz let me know. thank u

Diabetes can occur because of various reasons, improper eating and sedentary life cause diabetes. heredity is also possible  but you cannot modify that factor so do not think about it. Chocolates are possibly cause diabetes.
