Does Onset Of Menopause Cause Extreme Fatigue And Recurring Blood In Stools?

So I am 46 yrs old... Been pretty active for the past 5 years...now I am starting menopause..tired all the time? I eat right( I think) get my sleep ( 6 hrs is all I can do) now have blood in my stool..very red, a lot of blood comes out..then I am fine for a few weeks..why??

Nearing menopause might cause fatigue. But it does not lead to blood in stools. It might be due to piles or fissure-in-ano. Get yourself checked by a surgeon or proctologist. May be, due to blood loss, leading to decreased hemoglobin and anaemia, you might be experiencing fatigue.
So get evaluated and treated for bleeding in stools at the earliest.
