Does Osteoarthritis Cause Persistent Soreness In Knees, Shins, Ankles And Lower Back?

For the last couple of weeks, I have been waking up with major soreness in my knees, shins and ankles and lower back. Yes, I have osteoarthritis in my knees but I haven t had this type of discomfort unless I walk quite a bit or too much physical activity such as yard work. I also wake up with numbness in my right hand. Do you think it can be a circulation problem. I have been taking a generic celebrex for my knees for the past ten years. Please advise. Thank you,
