Does Pain After Nocturnal Emission Post Epididymal Cyst Removal Require Medical Attention?

Sir, I have had a surgery for left eppididymal cyst. It has been 4 days and I was feeling better but last night I had a night fall (ejaculation). I am having a small pain there now. Can it turn to anything serious? What should I do for that ? Any suggestions ?

Pain after ejaculation due to night fall following surgery is possible as the wound would take some time for it to heal. It takes about 1 week to 10 days for the surgical wound to heal completely and be back to normal.
You can take analgesic medications like Ibuprofen and Paracetamol combination after food to overcome the pain. Kindly take the other medications, if prescribed. Also, it is important to give proper scrotal support to aid the healing process.
In case you pass blood with ejaculation, then you may need to seek medical attention immediately.
