Welcome to HCM.
It looks to be some allergic reaction also called hives.
There is always some triggering factor for it.
Be watchful for triggering factor.
Otherwise take levocetrizine or fexofenedine to control the allergic reaction, itching.
Sometime short course of mild steroid is also required.
Local application of calamine/aloevera lotion will be helpful to get cool effect.
Take B12,folic acid,d3,zinc,vitamin-c,e,minerals and other supplement to boost up your immunity.
Go for allergy test to find out the allergen.
Consult dermatologist for further guidance and medical management.
