Does Pain In Chest And Numbness In Arms Happen Due To Calcification?

I am 38, female, 5'1, 141lbs. I was in a roll over accident on 21 Nov 2003. My lower back was having issues. I was told that I have calcification on my L5/S1...not sure if it related to what is going on now. I feel the need to take deep breaths and my hands/arms get numb when doing regular things like blow drying my hair. even when I sleep if I lay on either side my hand and arm go numb.

Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that due to old accidental injury on spines there might be having some early degenerative changes in your lumbar and cervical spines giving pinched nerve problem giving this problem.
Go for x-ray lumpbo-sacral and cervical spines.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Physiotherapy, short way diathermy and cervical traction will be helpful.
