You can comfortably take pain killers meaning NSAIDs like ibuprofen etc., after taking an i-Pill. There won't be any interactions as to decrease the efficacy of I pill. Headache is a common side effect of I pill and it is not dangerous and will go away.
As you have mentioned homeopathic pain killers in the question, we can't say if they have interactions as there is no much data regarding their efficacy and interactions. So it's better to use NSAIDs instead.
