Does Painful, Sore Throat With White Spots, Itchy, Red, Spotty Blisters On Hands, Feet, Nose, Mouth Indicate HFMD?

day 1- fever hit throat felt odd. day 2- sore throat white spot in back of throat. that evening my hands and feet started to itch then burn and got tiny red spots day3- some spots are now blisters. my nose now has tiny blisters and a few by my mouth. nostrils have crusty from blisters..... throat still hurts. what do i have? hfmd? please help its painful

it seem to me viral as virus has typical symptomps like this
there are no medicines for it it goes it self after 3 week
we need to have medicines to control symptomps like antipyretic for fever analgesic for pain
antibiotic to prevent pus formation
and local applications for rash
plenty of fluids increase platelets to increase immunity
