Does Painkiller Cause Elevated Sores?

I just got back blood work (for life insurance) that shows an ALT result of 64 U/L and an AST result of 49 U/L. I just recently had a baby (c-section) and masititis, both of which required the use of pain killers (which I am now off). Could that be the reason for the elevated scores, and are those scores worrisome?
