Does Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma Cause Vaginal Problems?
I am 58 years old with papillary carcinoma thyroid cancer that has spread. With my thyroid messed up and hormone out of whack can this cause vaginal problems? My vaginal area feels like an orange peel and I have split skin. My Gbyn has treated me for yeast infection, but keeps reoccurring.
it is highly malignant and metastasis rate is high. total thyroidectomy is recomanded. subsequently hormone replacement therapy is tobe done. dysphagia hoarseness of voice is to be managed.for treatment hormonal therapy is recommended.it can effect vaginal area due to metastesisconsult oncologist for examination and advise on treatment.it effect both male and female but it is high in female.
