I have been having some gastrointestinal issues that came out of nowehere. My diet has not changed. One day I just became constipated I can still make bowel movements but they are not the same. I had lots of abdominal pains went to the er and they just said I was constipated and had sludge in my gall bladder. I've had 2 previous c sections my last a year ago. An ultrasound also showed I have pelvic congestion syndrome. I have an appointment next week for.more answers on that. My follow up with my doctors nurse practionerdidnt go to well other than telling me to stay away from processed foods and eat more fruit and have more fiber in my diet which I already do. She scheduled me for a visit for another ultrasound of my gall bladder and to meet with a gastrointestinal specialist to discuss possibly removing my gallbladder. I looked up info on how to do a gall bladder flush and just included more green superfood juice and green vegetables in my diet I developed a sharp pain right in the center below my ribs and also noticed a change in color in my stool as becoming a little more clay orange color and also a lot of.mucus on the toilet paper and some blood mixed in it.
