hii today i did a blood tests and thyroid test because i have been suffering from fatique and tiredness for about two months,but i am abiut to have my period in two days ir maybe sooner,is tgat goung to effectcand change the results of the tests and apear inaccurate? i fasted for 15 hours before the tests thank you

The thyroid hormones are not affected by the hormonal changes that occur during different phases of menstrual cycles. Also, it is not necessary to be fasting when checking the thyroid hormones, you may take the blood at any hour of the day. They do not differ with the circadian rhythm.
