Does Physical Exertion Cause Any Complications While Suffering From Arthritis?
Hi,I have Arthritis in my hands, right hip, and spine. I still work, and the job I have is physical and does not pay well. My position is facility (and this let s my company use me for all construction jobs etc.) Looking to leave this company as I feel that was NOT my position noted when hired, OR I didn t think it was. My question is can I do more damage to my body if I have DISC. DEGENERATION IN THE LUMBAR AREA, if I continue working at this physical job?
