Does Positive IGM Indicate Typhoid Fever?
Hi, my doctor suspected that I had typhoid fever, so he prescribed cefixme antibiotics, which gave me an allergic reaction. I stopped taking it and I feel perfectly fine. After 24 hours my test showed positive for igm. Does this mean I have typhoid or is it because of the antibiotics?
