Does Positive Pregnancy Test With Nothing In Trans-vaginal Ultrasound Correlate ?

Good day i just want to know if im real pregnant, i take ovamit and metformin before october november but i stop it last december after that january i dont have my menstration til now i take pregnancy test last jan 25 ang its positive ang i try it again january 28 ang its positive also somehow it is not seen in the transvaginal ultrasound and im very bother because i want to have a secong baby ...oh i have an 8 year old boy ang im also PCOS

Thanks for writing to HCM

Presence of G-sac is confirmatory sign for pregnancy.Trans vaginal sonography(TVS) is very sensitive to detect G-sac.
TVS findings are negative whereas UPT(Urine pregnancy test) is positive.
It is important to know history of bleeding,passage of clots etc.You may have abortion so TVS findings are negative.
UPT findings takes time to become negative.
You should consult your doctor.
