Does Prolonged Intake Of Acutret Cause Infertility Issues?

Doctor I have been prescribed CAP ACUTRET / SOTREL 10mg for my acne problem. I am 20yrs in age. I want to know is there any problem in long term regarding pregnancy as my doctor said that this medicine is not prescribed to married girls/ ladies due to pregnency reasons.

hi...acutret cap is used intreatment os acne. yes your doctor give you a right advise . to some extent it is a emryotoxic drug but it is mostly teratogenic drug..so it is harmful to use in pregnancy , if u r planning for pregncy and in lactation as well.
so my advise stop it 6 months before planning pregnany ..there is no problem..
