Does Prostate Cancer Cause Dementia?
Within the last few months my brother has shown very irresponsible behavior. not paying his bills being the biggest one. He is going through problems resulting from prostate cancer that was treated with Cyber knife. Could that in any way be related to his dementia symptoms? Thanks.

Dear prostate cancer it's self may be not cause for dementia but treatment for androgen deprivation therapy may lead to development of prostate cancer.
Other possibilities like Alzheimer's disease,vitamin b12deficincy, infection or electrolyte imbalance etc..
Please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat your brother accordingly.
