My name is zameer.i want to loose weight. iam doing strict diet and daily walking 5kms.iam planning to have amway protiens shake daily at morning. My worry is if i have a protein shake my weight will not decrease.the workout and my diet will become wasted.i need a suggestion that the protienshake will increase my weight.and whether i want to use it or not.
Hi... Welcome to HCM.. Even if you want to lose weight you have to eat something for basal metabolism to continue.. Protein is better instead of carbohydrates and fats as it helps in muscle building rather than being stored as fat.. You can incorporate larger amount of protein of any source in your regular diet..
