In one months ago I have done a X-ray,in that time in the Xray report I have found a comment "Inhomogenus opacitiy of right lower zone" that time I have taken Fimoxyl-Clav.after on month I have done xray again.Still in the xray report founded pulmonary inflamantory in right lower zone.Is it cancer?
In my opinion you should go for CT thorax with contrast. In my opinion it can be nonresolving pneumonia or slowly resolving pneumonia. Very less chances of malignancy. But CT gives you clear idea about whats going on in your lungs.
