Does Reclipsen Cause Fluctuations In Menstrual Blood Flow?

Hi, I have been on the birth control reclipsen for three months and stopped because now im on the third week of my period. The first two weeks of my period was slow blood flow. This last third week being on my period is a heavy flow of fresh looking blood. Im getting worried. Is it just because of the birth control hormones, or should I be worried this is not normal?
