Does Recurring Attacks Of Migraine Need Immediate Medical Attention?

In the past 24 hours I've suffered 3 seperate migraine attacks including auras. Two severe migraines and the last one so debilitating I had repeated vomiting and pain more intense then labor pains. I'm still nauseous and can feel another crippling migraine is going to set in tonight. I've tried ibuprofen and tylenol all failed. I'm terrified of going through that pain again. Should I see a doctor tonight or can I wait the weekend? If I do have another crippling migraine tonight should I go straight to the emergency room??
