Does Red Bumps On Buttocks, Headache, Shoulder/legs/arms Itching Indicates STD?

Hello, I'm really scared and I need your help. I think I might have an STD or STI. About 6 months ago, I recieved oral sex from a woman, but I kept my condom on. Throughout the process, she licked my scrotom slowly one time, and I told her to stop because I was scared I might catch something. I then ejaculated into the condom, and I threw it away, but I wiped the are with isopropyl. I didn't notice anything different...other than me being paranoid. A couple days later, I got a cold, but no bumps or anything showed up. Now after 6 months, I'm got around 2 red bumps on my buttocks (they only hurt when I sit on them). Sometimes I get a slight headache, but it comes for around a couple seconds, then goes away. Now my shoulders, legs, and arms are itchy. Please help me, I'm literally crying over here.

Hi and thank you so much for this query

I am so sorry to hear about these bumps and all the inconveniences this has caused you. These symptoms are not suggestive of a possible STD/STI. However, because you had unprotected sex, it would be best to get tested for STDs just in case there is something silent in the background. I am sure you would not live with a troubling thought about a possible STI in future. I recommend you strongly avoid any possible exposure during intercourse.

I hope this addresses your query fully. Thank you so much for patronizing our services and please do feel free to ask for follow up clarifications and information if need be. I wish you the best of health.
