I had a total knee operation in 2012. I had complication of acute DVT. I am on blood thinners and have vena cava filter. I do suffer from chronic DVT having narrowing of vein since the operation. Leg swells, warm to hot area, hurts, tingles. Someone told me red wine would help. I do not drink at all but to help this I would drink the wine. I have become very depressed and rarely get out because it make chronic DVT flare up. Would wine help? If, yes that kind? Thank you Nan
