Does Removal Of Nuvaring Delay Periods?
Hello, I stopped using the nuvaring for about a month and I am 3 days late for my period. I did have unprotected sex once I stopped the nuvaring; however, I took a pregnancy test and relieved a negative result. Could I possibly be pregnant or is there a delay in my period because I stopped using birth control?

once NUVARING is removed one can get pregnant anytime.
Since your periods are only 3 days late,you are advised to get a repeat pregnancy test after a gap of 4-5 days preferably with a first urine of morning sample.
A repeat negative pregnancy test would rule out pregnancy.
Your subsequent period occurs within few days of removal f NUVARING,because of withdrawal effect.
Your next period may be altered a by few days.
