Does Running Elevate The Pulmonary Hypertension?

I have had 3 echocardiograms done in past 3 yrs. PA was 27 in 2012, 2014 was 30 and now is 34. I have mild tricuspid regurgitation, and trivial mitral regurg. otherwise the results are fine. My cardiologist said its ok. I am worried that my running will make this pulmonary pressure worse. It is considered mild pulmonary hypertension. I am 41 female. I started running 2 years ago and I am afraid that It is making the PA worse. I don t get real symptoms but I feel like I should have more endurance as I run half marathons and ran 1 full marathon 1 month ago (26.2 miles) I am afraid I will damage my heart and lungs, is this possible? My MD did not confirm this, he said I can keep running. I am very confused and worried. Please help me. Thank you. My EF is 61%.
