Does Safe Protected Sex Nullify The Effects Of HIV Infection?

I want know something about HIV.Doctor on 6/11/2011 i had a sex with comercial sex worker for first time.For precautions i had used double condoms(Durex brand).Condoms did not tear up nor broke,even there was no leak.I removed condoms from my private parts by putting tissue papers.Also not induldge in oral sex.As it was my first sex exprience,i am quite worried.I want to know can i be infected by HIV?When should i test my self for western blot test?Doctor please help me in this regards.

Your description does not suggest any risk and thus theoretically you need not even test yourself. Having said that, you may test anytime after 3 months of exposure with the western blot test.
