Does Sauna Affect Breastfeeding ?
Hi, I have 2 questions : 1. I m still breastfeed my daughter and recently my menstrual came back when she s 7mths old...is it natural? I m 41 years old. 2. Can I do sauna? Will it effect my breastfeed later?

menstruation 7 month post delivery is normal,there is nothing wrong.You can do sauna it don`t harm breast feed.
