Does Screaming Cause A Bloody Nose?
My 4 year old was having a temper tantrum, when I looked over at him his nose was bleeding a lot. Can screaming cause bloody noses?

Yes, the nose can bleed during an episode of temper tantrums because of increase in the blood pressure. Following which there is gush of blood into the small blood vessels causing them to rupture at their weakest point (micro aneurysm). Relaxation exercises will give you relief from anxiety episodes. As well drink plenty of water.
